Any clinical intake documents, health records, consent forms, or payment details submitted within SimplePractice are governed strictly by federal HIPAA standards, California confidentiality laws, and our clinical Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) provided during onboarding.

5. California Privacy Disclosures (CalOPPA)
